SIBU: A total of 150 Petros liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders will be available for exchange during the ‘Exchanging Yellow to Red Gas Cylinder’ Program at Logos Methodist Church (SCAC), Jalan Tong Sang on Saturday (Dec 23).

Bukit Assek Assemblyman Joseph Chieng Jin Ek stated that the program is a collaboration between Bukit Assek Service Centre and PetrosNiaga dealer Petros LPG GPC (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd.

Chieng speaks to reporters.

He mentioned that the objective of the program is to facilitate the exchange of yellow MyGaz LPG cylinders for PetrosNiaga’s red cylinders.

“Especially for senior citizens, it is not easy for them to go to the factory and line up to exchange their LPG cylinder,” he said when interviewed by reporters at the same program at Sekolah Kebangsaan Jenis Cina (SJKC) Sacred Heart Chinese today (Dec 21).

Chieng also stated that the program will commence at 9 am, and the exchange of LPG cylinders will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
