According to the senior management officers, the College of Smart Agriculture would offer various programmes such as fertigation, hydroponics, aquaculture, aquaponics, packaging and marketing with the support from the state government.

This, they added, would facilitate the application of the latest technologies to help transform Sarawak’s agricultural sector.

They said in the long term, it would help increase agricultural output, encourage the development of sustainable agricultural practices by farmers, and provide exciting career opportunities for youths.
