KUCHING: Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar and his wife Toh Puan Fauziah Mohd Sanusi received two courtesy visits at the Astana Negeri today.
The first courtesy visit was from Minister of Utility and Telecommunication Datuk Seri Julaihi Narawi to invite Wan Junaidi and his wife to the Sebuyau district Aidilfitri celebration this Saturday at Sebuyau Development Hall.
The second courtesy visit was from the Sarawak State Attorney General’s (SAG) office led by the Sarawak Attorney-General, Datuk Saferi Ali.
The meeting was to inform the governor on existing laws and the role of the SAG office in government affairs, their achievements and legal issues.
The delegation also informed the governor on the restoration of state rights under MA63 as well as to seek the governor’s advice.
