KUCHING: Pustaka Negeri Sarawak (PUSTAKA) are organising a series of events from February 24 to March 1 to coincide with the school holidays.
In a statement, it said that the events were aimed to highlight the hidden talents of children and foster their creative thinking abilities.
“It also aims to discover their culinary talents and develop skills to boost their self-confidence,” it added.
Among the planned activities are Makerspace sessions including an introductory workshop on pixel animation, storytelling with scratch, and baking various treats such as chocolate chip cookies and cupcakes.
“Those interested can apply through our social media channels. All activities are open to children aged 8 to 12 and are free of charge,” it said.
