The 'uninvited' python is caught.

MIRI: A housewife from Kampung Muhibbah, Kuala Naram was shocked when she spotted a sneaky snake at her front yard early this morning.

It was believed that the 2.5-metre long python was making its way into the housewife’s chicken pen, located not far from the house.

After spotting the snake, she immediately called up Lutong Fire station at around 7.30 am.

Fortunately, none of the chicken inside the pen went missing.

Firemen used snake tongs and a catching bag to capture the python before releasing it back into the wild.

The operation lasted for about eight minutes.
