MIRI: The Association for Wives of Ministers, Assistant Ministers and Assemblymen (Sabati) led by its president Datin Patinggi Datuk Juma’ani Tuanku Bujang yesterday visited the Miri Home for the Aged Care Centre.

The visit was held as part of Sabati’s yearly social visits to homes of charitable organisations to present Chinese New Year goodies and aids to the residents.

A total of 32 residents from the centre were present during the event.

During the visit, Juma’ani presented Chinese New Year goodies to the centre’s residents and handed over a contribution to the centre.

Also present were Senadin assemblyman Datuk Lee Kim Shin, Piasau assemblyman Datuk Sebastian Ting, Miri Chinese Charitable Trust Board chairman Temengong Datuk Seri Lee Sie Tong and Sabati’s secretary-general Datin Dr Zaleha Abdullah.
