KUCHING: The public made a shocking find when they noticed a security guard lying unconscious near a factory at Lorong Sebor, Pending this morning.
The discovery that took place near the Tanah Putih Health Clinic was immediately reported to the authorities around 8.50am.
Paramedics arrived and pronounced that the victim had died at the scene.
The 62-year-old victim was brought to Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) for further action.
Kuching police chief ACP Ahsmon Bajah when contacted, confirmed the incident.
“Investigations found that there were no signs of foul play at the scene.
“The case is being classified as sudden death,” he said.
