KUCHING: Sentosa Hospital Kuching has clarified that no one has been appointed to collect donations on its behalf.
Its director Dr Rosliwati Md Yusoff said the hospital also did not collect donations from individuals or private bank accounts.
“We would like to extend our gratitude to everyone who wishes to donate to Hospital Sentosa amid this Covid-19 crisis.
“We really appreciate it. However, Hospital Sentosa does not appoint any particular individual to collect donations via social media,” she said in a post on the hospital’s Facebook page last Saturday.
Nevertheless, she said the donation can be arranged through the hospital representative.
