KUCHING: Sarawak General Hospital’s Blood Bank is calling for more people to join the upcoming blood donation programme.
There will be five programmes, starting from Aug 6 to 9 at various venues here.
The first, on Aug 6, will start from 10am until 3pm at Majma Mall.
On Aug 8, the programme will be held at Eastern Mall in Siburan and Summer Mall in Kota Samarahan. Both will start at 10am until 3pm.
On Aug 9, there will also be two programmes – at Level One, Kuching Sentral from 9am until 2.30pm, and Mydin Samariang, from 10am until 3pm.
“We appeal to all to come forward and donate blood to ensure continuous and sufficient blood supply for needy patients,” SGH said in a statement on Tuesday (Aug 4).
