KOTA SAMARAHAN: Sekolah Kebangsaan Dato Mohd Musa enrolled 1,181 students for the first day of the 2023/2024 academic session which began yesterday.
Samarahan district education officer Awang Hepeni Awang Onget said the school was among the biggest in Kota Samarahan, thus recorded the highest student registration.
He said this after visiting SK Dato Mohd Musa, in conjunction with the first day of the school session.
As of yesterday, SK Dato Mohd Musa registered 1,106 for primary one to primary six, 75 students for preschool, with 25 of them aged five while 50 others are six.
Awang Hepeni added that the purpose of the visit was to observe the planned activities for the first day of school.
“As planned, the special assembly went on smoothly even though the weather was a challenge,” he said.
Also present during the press conference was headmaster of SK Dato Mohd Musa Issnu Dollah, and Samarahan district assistant education officer Naser Ramli.
