SK Tanjung Belipat gets MRP funds amounting to RM35k

MIRI: Datuk Rosey Yunus gave a grant of RM35,000 from her Minor Rural Project (MRP) fund to the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of SK Tanjung Belipat.

The Deputy Minister for Women, Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development said the money was to help the school organise its athletics events and to purchase sports equipment.

Earlier, Rosey launched the school’s newly completed grandstand.

Also present were Sharkawi Suhaili, a political secretary to the Premier of Sarawak; PTA chairperson Maimon Ibrahim and headmaster Ahmad Yajis Jariee.
