KUALA LUMPUR: Maxis Bhd has launched its enhanced eKelas portal and mobile application to provide students with the convenience and flexibility to learn on the go.

Maxis chief executive officer Goh Seow Eng, in a statement today, said the eKelas portal and mobile application now include two new subjects, namely Bahasa Malaysia and History, for Form 4 and Form 5 students

“Both platforms also have a refreshed user-friendly interface with new features, including personalised learning recommendations with performance analytics, gamified learning experiences with daily challenges plus a reward system,” he said.

According to Goh, with the new upgrades, students are now able to join eKelas’s campaigns, such as the HIP English StoryFest and Misi Jelajah Digital STEM Competition, as well as apply for the Maxis eKelas Anugerah Gemilang student grant scheme, directly from the application.

He said it is Maxis’s aspiration to enable students to take advantage of the advancement in digital technology to consume knowledge on demand.
