Tamin rep optimistic about infrastructure implementation

SIBU: Tamin assemblyman Christopher Gira Sambang is optimistic that the implementation of infrastructure projects in his constituency will run smoothly with detailed planning.

According to a report by the Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas), he said this was in the interest of the people of Tamin constituency.

He said this during a briefing session at the Sibu Division Public Works Department (JKR) office on Thursday (Feb 3).

The briefing was related to the status of the implementation of projects and asset maintenance for Tamin constituency by JKR Sibu Division.

These include the Rural Transformation Programme; maintenance of village, state, and federal roads; Digital Rural Road Asset Management; timber concession project programme; fire relief programme; and Malaysian Road Records Information System programme.
