Two zones turn green taking state total to eight

KUCHING: Tatau and Pusa have turned green after zero case was recorded in both districts in the last two weeks.

The State Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) said that now Sarawak has a total of eight green zones.

“Song district turned orange today (March 28) after recording a total of 35 local positive cases in the last 14 days. These take the state’s orange zones to three so far.

“Eleven districts remain red while 18 others remain yellow,” SDMC said.

Meanwhile, the State Health Department announced the end of four clusters after zero case was recorded in the past 28 days.

The clusters are Rakut in Miri, Seruas in Beluru, Kejatau in Sri Aman, and Jan Yong in Kapit.

To date, there are 32 active clusters remaining in Sarawak. Eight of them recorded additional cases while the remaining 24 had zero number of cases added.
