BAU: A resident of Kampung Podam here came across a young five-foot-long crocodile at the back of his house around 7 am today.
The quick-thinking villager, Akip Noiak, wasted no time and alerted the Civil Defence Force (APM).
A spokesperson for APM said they received a call at 7.19 am and despatched three personnel to catch the crocodile.
They arrived at 7.39am and managed to capture the reptile in less than 30 minutes.
