Walk-in vaccination allowed from July 23 until Aug 5

KUCHING: Vaccination centres throughout the state have been given permission to implement walk-in vaccination between July 23 and Aug 5.

Those who have yet to get their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine are urged to contact their respective District Disaster Management Committees (DDMCs) to set an appointment for the walk-in.

The Covid-19 Immunisation Task Force (CITF) Sarawak made a decision to allow walk-in vaccination, said the Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) today.

“It is open to all eligible Sarawakians who have yet to receive the first dose of the vaccine. They are required to get their appointment schedule from their respective DDMCs.

SDMC said CITF Sarawak also stressed on the importance of having to complete the two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine according to the types of vaccine and time interval that have been set.
