MIRI: An outstanding and defect inspection works will be carried out on March 20 until 31 on the Miri route towards Bintulu at Mile 42 to Mile 64, Jalan Bintulu -Miri.
Sarawak Public Works Department (JKR), in a statement said, the inspection is meant to detect any possible defects on the just completed four-way road of the Bintulu and Miri section, Bakun section, WPC 10 Pan Borneo Sarawak Highway.
Road inspectors will be stationed in the slow lane during the process.
As such, during that period, road users are required to comply with the speed limit signs of 50km/ per hour and 30km/ per hour.
