SIBU: The Sarawak State Library (Pustaka) here, in partnership with the Sungai Merah Fire Station, will host a two-day Knowledge Camp on December 9, with the theme ‘Lifelong Learning for Sustainability & Survival’.

The event, aimed at teenagers aged 13 to 16, will take place at both the library and the fire station premises.

According to a statement from Pustaka Sibu, the camp is designed to foster a lifelong learning attitude among the youth, while equipping them with practical skills to adapt to different situations.

“In addition, participants will also be exposed to the life and safety basics handled by fire officials. This survival activity can improve the personal and professional development of participants to think creatively and critically,” the statement said.

The participation in the camp is free, but it is limited to 60 participants.

Interested individuals can register by scanning the QR code on the event poster. So, do not miss this opportunity.
