Dr Abdul Rahman, who is the Assistant Minister of Utilities (Water Supply), pointed out that his constituency would always strive to provide the best services to the people, especially in the aspects of welfare and development.
This included assistance and donations given to the needy and residents who were quarantined due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
On another note, he revealed that most of Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) promises for the five year period of its reigns as the state government have been successfully implemented.
“The success achieved by the Sarawak government not only involves development programmes for the people but also includes aspects of the digital economy and the ability to look after the welfare of the people as a whole.
“The main initiative of the GPS government is to develop important infrastructure such as coastal roads and second trunk roads; construction of bridges; improve utility facilities such as electricity and water to all households; special assistance to the people and many more.
“This is to ensure that the livelihood of the people could be improved for the better,” he said.
