KUCHING: A total of RM1,808,671.76 was allocated for the repair and maintenance of schools in State constituency of Krian for the last three years.
Assistant Minister of Education, Science and Technological Research Dr Annuar Rapaee explained this to Krian Assemblyman Ali Biju, who wanted to know about the amount of allocation for repair and minor maintenance of schools in Krian State constituency for the last three years.
Dr Annuar said this at the State Legislative Assembly sitting here yesterday. Apart from that, Ali Biju also wanted to know about the amount of allocation for repair of schools in 2017.
Dr Annuar therefore explained that for 2017, the total budget received for maintenance and repair of schools in Sarawak is RM22 million.
