Sabah students, teachers visit PPKS/i-CATS.

KUCHING: A group of SMK Balung, Tawau students and their teachers flew all the way from Sabah to Kuching to visit Pusat Pembangunan Kemahiran Sarawak (PPKS) and the International College of Advanced Technology Sarawak (i-CATS).

The group, comprising 17 students and 4 teachers, arrived in Kuching Sunday and stayed in the PPKS Kuching campus for four days, from April 14 to17.

The objective of the visit was to introduce the students to the wide range of exciting study and career pathways at PPKS/i-CATS, and how they can acquire the relevant knowledge and skills to thrive in an ever competitive and vibrant global environment.

Among the activities were tours to various PPKS and i-CATS campuses in Kuching and career briefings.

The visitors also had the opportunity to visit the Kuching Waterfront and Main Bazaar, Sarawak Cultural Park, Cats Museum, Orchid Park, Kek Lapis Outlets and various shopping malls.
