SAMARAHAN: In a heartwarming prelude to Chinese New Year (CNY), Aiman Mall group brought festive cheer to the less fortunate children from the Salvation Army.

The initiative was commended by Kota Samarahan Municipal Council (MPKS) chairman Datuk Peter Minos.

“This effort by the Aiman Mall group sets a fine example for Samarahan residents to follow. If we all contribute a little to help those in need, the world becomes a happier, more pleasant place,” he said during the celebration at Aiman mall here recently.

Minos highlighted the plight of numerous less fortunate children and urged those more fortunate to assist in whatever way they can especially during festive occasions like Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Gawai.

“By making them feel included and valued, we pave the way for their future successes. Who knows, one day they might rise up and extend the same kindness to others,” he added.
