Better access soon after road upgrading

MUKAH: Residents along Jalan Pam Stesen here and other road users will have a better access with the expected completion of the upgrading works early next year.

The upgrading project began on Saturday (Aug 14) with the handover of site from the implementing agency to a local contractor Syarikat AMN at Kampung Penakub Hilir here.

Mukah Division Public Works Department (JKR) is the implementing agency of the project valued at RM200,000.

The project, which is under the 2021 rural transformation programme (RTP), has been scheduled to complete within five months.

Tellian assemblyman Yussibnosh Balo witnessed the simple handover ceremony, which was also attended by JKR officials and local dignitaries.
