BEING a member of BTS, the most well-known and influential K-Pop boy band in the world, Jungkook admitted that he is unconcerned about the negative comments and those who dislike him.

According to a local entertainment portal Gempak, instead of being affected by negative comments, Jungkook prefers to focus on the people who have always supported BTS and his solo career.

“I read comments from fans who wanted to show their support for a new band. You want to support another K-Pop band? Go ahead; you have the freedom to choose.

“But, to be honest, I don’t mind if I’m disliked. I’m paying more attention to and appreciating those who support me.

“This includes netizens who write negative things about me. I’m even appreciative for the fact that they have time for me.

“But, of course, I wouldn’t like them, right? How can I like people who say negative things about me?” said Jungkook.

The 26-year-old star addressed the issue to fans at an event in Stationhead, the local media reported.

At the same time, Jungkook admitted that he is not perfect.

“I am far from a saint. I’m 26 years old, and I find it weird if I’m not being ‘naughty’.

“I drink (alcohol), but when I work, I work hard,” said Jungkook, who just released his latest single, “3D”, featuring Jack Harlow.

Currently, three members of BTS — Jimin, Suga, and J-Hope — are undergoing their military service, and the band will not be active again until 2025.
