SIBU: Rejang Medical Centre (RMC) yesterday officially unveiled its Rejang Women Clinic under the newly appointed Resident Obstetrician and Gynaecologist Dr Joyce Ting.

Dr Ting highlighted that the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, or OBGYN, encompasses the diagnosis and treatment of gynaecological diseases as well as prenatal and antenatal care, labour and postpartum care.

“We also address infertility issues, contraception and sexual health for women,” she said at the clinic’s opening.

“The establishment of my clinic would not have been possible without the unwavering support and trust from each and everyone concerned.

“Our vision is to promote health, happiness and dignity for every woman. Our mission is to bring together care and expertise to contribute to the well-being of our community,” she asserted.

Among those present were RMC managing director, Dr John Tang and RMC medical director, Dr Tang Sai Hang.
