KUCHING: Three hundred employees of Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) received ‘bubur pedas’ (a traditional porridge dish) on Apr 28.

The programme, organised by SEDC’s Muslim Staff Committee (Jakis), was held at Level 11, lobby of Menara SEDC, Kuching Isthmus.

SEDC chairman Tan Sri Datuk Amar Abdul Aziz Husain praised the programme and hoped it would continue to be held during Ramadan in future to enhance ties among the SEDC employees.

The programme was also attended by SEDC general manager Abdul Hadi Abdul Kadir, deputy general manager Rakayah Hamdan, and Jakis chairman Nor Azlan Husaini.
