MIRI: The Chinese New Year concert 2023 at Miri Bintang Mega mall on Saturday night was certainly a crowd puller.

The event was organised by MiriFM of Radio Television Malaysia (RTM) and kicked off at 6.30 pm , showcasing singing, modern dances, traditional music and magic shows.

Deputy Minister for Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts (Tourism) Datuk Sebastian Ting in his text of speech urged eligible Mirians to get their second booster dose for COVID-19 vaccines.

“They can book an appointment (for the second booster dose) via MySejahtera Apps,” he said.

Ting’ text of speech was read out by his assistant Chia Kah Furng.

Also present was the Northern Sarawak Journalists Association (NSJA) chairman Andy Jong Wan Joon.
