KUCHING: DAP Batu Kawa Service Centre at Batu Kawa near here will open daily on weekdays starting this July.
It will be opened on weekdays from 9am to 12 noon and from 2pm to 4pm.
Former Batu Kawa Assemblywoman, Christina Chew said yesterday that she herself, Abdul Aziz Isa and Dr Kelvin Yii will take turn to man the service centre.
“I will be there on every Monday and Thursday, Aziz will be there on every Tuesday and Wednesday, while Dr Kelvin will be there on every Friday,” Christina disclosed at a press conference at Sarawak DAP headquarters here, yesterday.
According to her, before this, for the past one year, the Service Centre only operated three days a week.
“But since the number of people coming to seek help from us is increasing, we decided to open our Batu Kawa Service Centre everyday starting July,” she added.
According to Christina, after taking time off for about a year she thought it is now the right time for her to come back and service the people of Batu Kawa.
“Anyone facing any problem are welcome to seek help from us at our Batu Kawa Service Centre,” she concluded.
