KUCHING: The Chief Minister’s wife and Sarawak Badan Amal Tenaga Isteri-isteri (SABATI) president, Datin Patinggi Dato Juma’ani Tun Tuanku Bujang donated an unspecified amount of money to Nur Syuhada Azhari, one of the teachers rescued from the fire incident at SK Batu Bungan, Mulu on July 25, at the General Hospital Sarawak (SGH) here, yesterday.
The donation from SABATI was given to Muhammad Rohaizad Abdul Rahim, the husband of Nur Syuhada Azhari.
Juma’ani, who was accompanied by Datin Sri Loreta Sawot, was greatly saddened by Nur Syuhada Azhari’s predicament.
However, Juma’ani was convinced that Nur Syuhada, who is currently receiving treatment at SGH, has a good chance of recovery as she is in good care and doctors and experts are trying their best to treat her.
She spent about 30 minutes with Nur Syahuda and gave words of encouragement to her family members who were outside the GHS Fire Treatment Room.
Datin Dr. Zaliha Christine Abdullah, Siti Shorgayah binti Ahmad Zaidin and Nora Ashikin binti Ibrahim were also present at the General Hospital Sarawak.
