KUCHING: Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) will give out RM20,000 to selected proposals on community development in an effort to enhance unity.
“This is part of an initiative to create sustainable development by emphasising on the participation of residents in government-sponsored activities and to encourage residents to share ideas and suggestions,” DBKU said in a statement today.
The My Community project also serves to enhance the community’s wellbeing physically, economically and socially on top of creating a sense of belonging among residents.
Those interested in taking part can fill up the DBKU My Community Project form before May 9, available for download at dbku.sarawak.gov.my
