SIMANGGANG: Deputy Minister of Education, Innovation, and Talent Development (MEITD) Datuk Francis Harden Hollis has conducted site visits here to check on the progress of Rural Transformation Programme (RTP).

On Friday, Harden visited the futsal court in Kampung Muhibbah which is currently under construction and has incurred a cost of RM250,000. The project is currently 70 per cent complete and is scheduled for completion by October 24. Once finished, a dedicated committee will be responsible for overseeing the court’s usage, ensuring that it serves as a venue for various events, not limited to just futsal.

The Simanggang assemblyman proceeded to the new futsal court in Kampung Nanga San. This project, similarly cost at RM250,000, was officially opened, witnessed by Fatihi Jali, an official from the implementing agency for RTP for the constituency.

Accompanying Harden on his visit were Sri Aman Division Land and Survey superintendent Michealson Nyisin and Sri Aman Distric Office (MDSA) engineering division head Fanny Jun Engang.
