Twitter owner Elon Musk has implemented new restrictions on the amount of content users can read on the social media platform each day.

In a recent tweet, Musk announced temporary limits on content consumption. For unverified account holders, the limit is set at 600 posts per day, while new account holders without verification can read up to 300 posts.

However, verified account holders have the privilege of accessing up to 6,000 posts daily.

Musk explained that the reason behind these reading limits is to address the addictive nature of Twitter and encourage users to engage with the outside world.
