KUCHING: The “Eat and Win Lucky Draw” campaign organised by SugarBun’s franchisor SB Logistics and Supplies Sdn Bhd and its partner Nestle from Monday (Sept 27) has received encouraging response.

SB Logistics and Supplies Sdn Bhd general manager Raymond Teo said entries were trickling in despite the challenges of the current pandemic.

He said SugarBun has always valued its customers as a core component of its popularity and success with consistent focus to provide great value for money as well as memorable experiences.

“For this round of our lucky draw campaign, we are giving away 20 units of Samsung Galaxy A51 sponsored by Nestle. In addition, SugarBun will give away 50 cash vouchers, each valued at RM50 and 100 bottles of Sabasco chilli sauce.

“With these attractive prizes, especially the grand prizes of Samsung Galaxy A51 smartphones, we hope all the winners will enjoy a shared experience with SugarBun. We are deeply committed to create value for our customers through quality products and services,” he said in a statement yesterday (Sept 29).

He said the winners would be notified by telephone within 48 hours after the announcement of the winners on Facebook this Friday (Oct 1).

Customers participating in this contest must follow and like SugarBun’s official Facebook page “SugarBun Malaysia” for the latest updates.

“We would like to thank all participants and customers for their continuous support. Furthermore, as Kuching and other southern districts in Sarawak resumed normal operation from Sept 20, we are committed to keeping all our outlets safe for dine-in.

“We assure that SugarBun outlets are standard operating procedure (SOP) compliant and our staff are fully vaccinated. The safety of our customers and the wider community is our top priority,” he added.

On a separate development, he said SugarBun would launch its own mobile app soon with the increasing demand for online food ordering and delivery services.

The mobile app will include features like cashless dine-in, takeaway and delivery services for ease of convenience and enabling a safer dining experience
