KUCHING: Hope Place on Monday (Aug 30) presented donation to police officers on duty at the Covid-19 Assessment Centre (CAC) here.

The non-governmental organisation (NGO) founder Kelvin Wan handed over the donation to CAC assistant coordinating officer of the Royal Malaysia Police, Sarina Othman.

The items, which consist of biscuits, milo, coffee, cup noodles, drinking water, face masks and hand sanitisers, were given as a token of appreciation for their services and sacrifices in assisting the government in combating the spread of Covid-19.

Hope place said positive cases who have been tested in other centres are forwarded to the CAC, hence putting all frontliners on duty at great risk.
