“Make sports your career; your sports involvement helps you to stand out in the job market,” he added, citing as good examples several successful sportsmen and sportswomen produced by the country such as top shuttler Datuk Lee Chong Wei,  diving queen and Olympian Pandelela Rinong Pamg as well as soon-to-retire squash queen Datuk Nicol David. These are prime examples that sports could be chosen as a rewarding career.
