CAN you hear it? The sounds of Michael Buble singing a Christmas tune – “…. Everybody knows a turkey and some mistletoe, Help to make the season bright….” It is the famous Christmas song ‘Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire’. This festive is like a celebration of giving and sharing, a celebration for love, the snuggly feeling you get when you hear Christmas tunes. But most importantly, that turkey roasting. FOOD! Nonetheless, each festive season spent in Malaysia has always been bonding over food. No difference with the Christmas season as restaurante and hotelier brings out their best offers on Christmas’ buffets. And with that, Imperial Hotel Kuching, invites all the experience the festive season with an extra glow while celebrating Yuletide at the hotel.

What is more perfect is the hotel is ushering in the festive season with delicious dining throughout Christmas and New Year. Christmas goodies are available at the Lobby Lounge, offering the public an extensive selection of festive treats. Meanwhile, the Imperial Garden Restaurant offers Festive Buffet Dining enhanced with seasonal Christmas specialties. The creme de la creme of Christmas would be the caroling on the eve of the day by Anglican Diocesan Youth Council Region 6 that starts at 6.30pm at the hotel lobby.

Santa Claus and his Santarinas will also make an appearance, bringing candies and festive cheers to all guests on Christmas eve from 6.30pm onwards. For Christmas, the hotel’s restaurant offers three different buffet session to enhance the public’s tastebuds this season. Starting with ‘Christmas Eve Candlelight Buffet Dinner’ on the eve of Christmas, the price will be at RM 99 for adult and RM 49 for child (5 – 12 years old) at the Imperial Garden Restaurant.

Celebrate Christmas the next day with the hotel’s ‘Christmas Day Buffet Lunch’ enjoying the western and asian delights with the price of RM 59 and RM 29 for adult and children respectively. End your Christmas day with a ‘Christmas Day Buffet Dinner’ for the price of RM 79 for adult and RM 39 for child at the Imperial Garden Restaurant. Not to forget, Christmas means that the New Year will be here too.

Bid farewell on December 31 to 2018 with the hotel as they welcome the New Year with a sumptuous ‘International Buffet Dinner’ at the restaurant. For the price of RM 99 per adult and RM 49 per child the party starts at 6.30pm to 10pm. The next day, celebrate the New Year with the hotel’s ‘New Year Day High Tea Buffet’ at the price of RM 49 per adult and RM 29 per child at 1pm to 4 o’clock. Enough of all the food though, as this year, Imperial Hotel brings cheer to 30 children of SK Semenggok as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme. The children were invited to a Pre-Christmas dinner gathering on December 13 at the hotel’s Imperial Garden Restaurant.

After dinner, the children were presented with ‘Back-to-school’ gifts handed over by Santa Claus, presented by the Imperial Hotel General Manager Patrick Kuek. Indeed the night brought many cheers and happy memories to the children as they skipped along with their gifts enthusiastically.
