SIBU: A motorcyclist was killed in a head-on collision with a car at Jalan Kemuyang yesterday.
State Traffic Investigation and Enforcement chief Supt Alexson Naga Chabu said the mishap happened at 9.38pm.
“It happened when Carlos Jelai Patrick Maja, 20, was riding on the opposite side of the road.
“The victim was hit by an oncoming vehicle heading towards Sibu city centre,” he said.
He added the victim suffered injuries to the head and leg and was pronounced dead on scene by medics.
