Hope Place extends help to frontliners in Sabah

KUCHING: Persatuan Kebajikan Harapan Kuching (PKHK) or Hope Place is extending its help to medical frontliners in Sabah by contributing personal protective equipment (PPE) worth RM6,000.

“Hope Place received a request of help from Sabah earlier this month, asking for assistance in contributing PPE.

“Hope Place is concerned and worried with the continuous surge of Covid-19 cases in our country and so was quick to respond to the urgent request,” it said in a statement on Monday (Dec 14).

The PPE items have been sent to Semporna, Sabah recently to be given to Semporna Hospital’s Sports and Recreational Club.

“Muhammad Amin Sanusi, an officer of pharmacy logistics at Semporna Hospital was so grateful and excited upon receiving the items at Semporna a few days ago,” it added.
