Karuna Sarawak is one of the recipients of the Top 20 Technology Service Partners of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MEDC).

KUCHING: Karuna Sarawak is one of the top 20 technology service partners of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MEDC), picking up the award at the 100 Go Digital appreciation dinner in Kuala Lumpur recently.

Karuna Sarawak chief executive officer Melvin Ong said the 100 Go Digital platform programme had given the opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from various industries to expand their business online and acquire digital solutions with the grant provided by the government.

He expressed gratitude to MDEC for giving Karuna Sarawak the award, adding that they were looking forward to continuing championing the IT industry in Sarawak and Malaysia by delivering a wide range of digital solutions to drive growth, productivity and success for their partners.

“It’s a great honour for Karuna Sarawak to be the only East Malaysia company to be one of the Top 20 technology solution providers in the 100 Go Digital Programme.

“The event was hosted by MDEC with the main purpose of acknowledging the contribution and support of their programme partners as well as technology solution providers throughout 2022,” he said in a statement on Tuesday (Jan 31).

He disclosed that Karuna Sarawak’s vision was to unleash the best of design and technology innovation to transform business and enhance experiences.

“Karuna Sarawak has been providing website and digital marketing solutions for businesses since 2009.

“We have grown our base to more than 2,000 businesses such as Philip Capital, Ta Kiong, Tunku Putra Help International School, Yonex, Standard Kitchen, MyCar and more.”
