KUCHING: The Sarawak Land and Survey Department Headquarters will temporarily close service operations at Menara Pelita Building, Petra Jaya here from today and tomorrow to conduct sanitation works at its premises operations will resume as normal the following Monday.
“This (temporary closure) is intended as a safety and health measure to enable the sanitation process carried out following the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
“As such, there will be no dealings involving face-to-face or physical interaction on Thursday and Friday,” the department said in a statement recently.
The general public is advised to deal by using digital platforms available such as e-Lasis which can be accessed via computers or laptops. To connect via mobile, e-Lasis apps is available for download on App stores for both Android and Apple smartphones.
