MIRI: A local fisherman in Kampung Kuala Batu Satu near here caught a giant grouper weighing 131kg off Kuala Batu Satu beach yesterday.
The giant grouper was found trapped in his fishing net.
The market price for the gigantic fish is estimated to be around RM40 per kg.
An unknown buyer was said to have bought the grouper.
The scene attracted a crowd of 50 spectators as the man assisted by several other fishermen hauled in the fish onshore.
