KUCHING: ACP Roslan Tahir is now the new of Sarawak Integrity and Standard Compliance Department (ISCD) chief, effective today.

The handing over of duties took place during a ceremony by outgoing Sarawak ISCD chief DSP Lee Leng Ian to Roslan — witnessed by Sarawak Police Commissioner Datuk Aidi Ismail — at the Sarawak Police Contingent Headquarters (IPK).

Lee held the position for two years.

Aidi in his speech said the position of Sarawak ISCD chief was promoted from the ranks of deputy superintendent of police (DSP) to assistant commissioner of police (ACP).

He stressed that it will show that the Royal Malaysia Police Force (PDRM) takes misconduct in organisations involving PDRM’s own officers and members seriously.

He then congratulated Roslan on his appointment and expressed his gratitude to Lee.
