KUCHING: Regional Corridor Development Authority (RECODA) held its 8th Board of Directors’ Meeting yesterday, chaired by Chief Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Abang Haji Openg, said a press statement yesterday.

The Chief Minister, who is also the Chairman of RECODA – the leading agency in the development of Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE) – chaired the meeting, which was held at his office here.

RECODA Chief Executive Officer Tan Sri Datuk Amar Wilson Baya Dandot reported on the progress achieved by the Authority over the past years, particularly on infrastructure development in SCORE covering the five Growth Nodes and other sectoral thrusts.

The briefing also highlighted on the on-going construction of the 75km access road to Baleh HEP and the Tunoh Growth Node.

Deputy State Secretary Datu Haji Ismawi Haji Ismuni updated the Board on the development of industries and investment in Samalaju.
