MIRI: Two men, who were believed to be trying to break into a house at Jalan Utama Lutong, have been detained on Tuesday night, after they were spotted hiding up a tree nearby the area.
The house owner, a man in his 40’s, immediately called up the police and the Miri Resident Committee (RC) patrol team for help.
According to RC Miri chairman, Malateh Mahmud, they were alerted on the incident at 8.15 pm.
Both suspects have been brought to Miri Central police station for questioning.
