KUCHING: The Sarawak State Library (Pustaka) will be closed to the public from May 1 to May 4 in conjunction with Labour Day and Hari Raya Aidilfitri holidays.
It will be back as usual on May 5 from 10 am to 7 pm on Monday to Friday while on Saturday and Sunday it operates from 9 am to 6 pm.
The public is encouraged to go through the Pustaka’s YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/user/PustakaSarawak/ for more activities and programmes.
The library offers the BookBear Service through the Angka.sa2 app for free. The BookBear is a direct-to-home book lending service where users can download the Angka.sa2 application through the Google Play Store or App Store which began operating since June 13, 2020.
Through the application, users can access Pustaka’s collection every Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm.
