KUCHING: The Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office Singapore (STATOS) is organising a roadshow to continue promoting its trade and investment opportunities, and tourism.
The roadshow will be held in Miri on Mar 6, Bintulu (Mar 8), and Kuching (Mar 10).
STATOS said in a statement that it would meet new and small companies which have good products and are exploring exports to Singapore or even resources like land that are suitable for tourism, agriculture, manufacturing, or any downstream activities.
“We encourage local businesses to export their products and grow internationally. Eligible exporters are those who may have export promotion expenses pertaining to product development to attain acceptance in Singapore.
“On top of that, there will be sharing of the Promotion Assistance Scheme which provides SGD10,000 (around RM30,000) to support your business,” STATOS said.
STATOS encouraged those who are interested to participate in the roadshow at Pullman Hotel Miri, Fairfield Hotel Bintulu, and Imperial Hotel Kuching from 10 am to 4pm.
