KAPIT: The Malaysian Sales Programme (PJM) is now touring Kapit and Song for two days starting May 21 in conjunction with the upcoming Hari Gawai celebration.

Minister of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi in his Facebook posting today said that the PJM aimed to make it easier for the residents to get essential goods at reasonable prices and also lower than in the market.

According to Nanta the theme for the PJM that took place at ‘Waterfront Song’ is ‘Rancak Sini, Rancak Sana, All Time Nationwide!’.

“It covered about 15 stalls that are selling various food products, beverages, clothing, furniture, accessories, interior decoration, and so on, sugar and chicken are also among the items that can be found here,” he said.

Nanta said the program is part of the ministry’s economic recovery efforts through the trade, distribution, and retail sectors based on the 3R concepts – Recovery, Revive, and Revitalise.
