KUCHING: Sentosa Hospital here is appealing to the public for assistance in locating the family members or next of kin of a male patient, Thian Fatt Min, aged 55.
According to a statement from Sentosa Hospital, he has been residing in the men’s ward of the hospital since February 25, 1989, and all attempts by the hospital to contact his family had been unsuccessful.
Based on the address shown on the identity card, Thian resides at no 52 Mile, Jalan Serian By Pass, Sri Aman Road but the hospital’s efforts to contact the patient’s next of kin for him to be discharged failed.
Accordingly, the hospital requests the public who know the patient or his next of kin to immediately contact the medical social work officer, Noor Shahida Baseri at 082-612 321 or 012-708 6488 for further action.
