KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd, a global integrated engineering services provider, has secured two operations and maintenance (O&M) and three information, communication and technology (ICT) projects in India and Indonesia via its subsidiaries.

In a statement today, Serba Dinamik said the contracts worth RM408.8 million were secured by its wholly-owned units, SDIT International Ltd and Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd; as well as its 75 per cent-owned subsidiary, PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia and its 49 per cent-owned associate, Serba2C India Pvt Ltd.

Group managing director/group chief executive officer Datuk Dr Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah said the contracts signify the company’s stronger capabilities to secure more projects in ICT and non-oil and gas businesses.

“The ICT projects in India demonstrate our serious efforts to embrace digital transformation while bolstering and sustaining our core competencies with O&M projects in Malaysia and Indonesia.

“These ICT projects will intensify our market presence in India, adding to the Smart Solutions project for the development of Smart and Safe City,” he added. – Bernama
