SARATOK: Children’s education is a shared responsibility, said Saratok MP Datuk Ali Biju.

He said he wants to see education not only happen in school, but also at home, where the teachers are among mothers and fathers.

“As a matter of fact, education requires the cooperation of all parties and the most important and significant ones to kick-start this endeavour are the parents of our children,” he said.

He said this when officiating at the closing ceremony of the state level Hostel Carnival 2022 held at Dewan Sri Krian here on yesterday.

He expressed hopes that all parents will continue to be concerned and care about their children’s education.

Education, he said, is an important key in developing human capital to ensure the welfare and future prosperity of the country.

Ali then stressed that educators are trustees for the efforts to educate and mould the future of the children.

“Do your best to continue to make a meaningful impact in this good cause,” he added.
